We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, email us at (cloudsupplyllc@cloudsupply.net) and bring your item to 450 Marietta Rd. Canton, Ga. 30114
If the product needs to be exchanged by delivery, a delivery fee may be added based on the type of exchange. For example, A change of mind on the product preference will result in an added delivery fee. If the driver delivered or damaged the wrong product, the exchange will not be at the customer's expense.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
