Delivery and Pick-Up
Useful information about delivery and returns
You can purchase your items online and choose whether to have them delivered directly to your house or pick them up at our main store.
Delivery Fee
-Online store has only Cherokee County zip codes available for purchase.
-*If closer than 0-5 Miles from Cloud Supply please call store for special pricing!
-All other zip codes must call the store to place delivery.
Bulk Delivery
-Our trucks can hold up to 10 tons or 20 cubic yards of product.
-We also offer split-load deliveries, allowing you to receive more than one product on a single truck. Please note that split loads are limited to 4 yards/tons per product. This helps our drivers keep the different products separated during delivery.
-If you need multiple full loads, please call the store to place and schedule your order.
Palleted Delivery
-Any delivery requiring palleted rock must add a surcharge of $19 before checkout.
Delivery
-You may select your preferred delivery day during checkout.
-During our busy season, please allow up to 4 days lead time.
-During off-peak times, next-day delivery may be available.
-We will send you a text or email confirmation with your delivery date and time.
-You will also receive a notification when your order is on the way.
-You may use the notes section during checkout to specify where you would like the product dumped or stacked.
-A minimum of 12-foot-wide access is required for gated entrances.
Straw Bales / Rolls
-If requested to have Bales or Rolls stacked, please add stacking fee to the correct amount of straw.
Only applicable for 30+ bales.
Please note our drivers may decline delivery to areas that are unsafe. If the product cannot be safely unloaded somewhere else a fuel charge may apply and the product will be refunded.

Now, after 29 years in Downtown Canton, we are still supplying mulch and a wide variety of feed, seed, and lawn garden products to residential and commercial clientele.
